Without a high school diploma, the 37-year-old Camillus resident felt like she just couldn’t get ahead.   That all changed in June 2023 when Gasparini enrolled in the no-cost National External Diploma Program (NEDP) through OCM BOCES. A record 250 community members participated in the 12-year-old event, which kicked off at 11:30 a.m. with 30 community resource tables assembled inside and outside the former Parker School on Madison Street.
